No Office Politics: One of the best things was the absence of unnecessary politics. Everyone worked with transparency and respect. Supportive Seniors: Seniors and team members were approachable, friendly, and always willing to help. This created a learning-friendly atmosphere. Low Stress: The work-life balance was excellent since there was very little to no work pressure, allowing employees to maintain personal and professional balance.

      ack of Exposure: For the past two years, there were no live client projects, which significantly limited professional growth and real-world experience. Only In-house Projects: Most of the work revolved around internal projects, which didn’t contribute much to career advancement or portfolio building. Job Insecurity: Due to dependency on project availability, employees faced uncertainty, and job stability was always at risk.
