The management of this company is terrible. They don't care about the staff or the people who work there. The only important thing is to refer to the owner. The owner doesn't care about anyone, and he believes that he has the right to discriminate against the staff because he is German. I experienced discrimination from senior management because of my gender and race. They claim to be a "family," but it is a lie. They exploit you and treat you horribly until you can't take it anymore and decide to quit. The level of staff turnover is super high for this reason. No one lasts more than 2-3 years in that company.
