Very tense environment with little training - Recensione dipendente - Logistics Specialist presso PNG Logistics

PNG has been a wonderful company starting out. Several things worth pointing out are within the overall atmosphere. PNG is a small business, it allows the management team to easily help everyone get acquainted with the overall job feel. My fellow team members have been wonderful helping me get setup in my area. PNG does fun and interesting things such as having a "a la carte lunch" celebration for all employees at their birthdays. The hiring process was wonderful and easily streamlined. All expectations were made clear throughout the entire process. The CEO truly cares about each individual, welcomes creativity, and leads by example. The culture at PNG is the best I’ve ever worked for and everyone is authentic and loves what they do. Training processes are great and really help people to feel comfortable in each position. The managers are always willing to help and will take time out of their day to dedicate to helping you if needed.

Because PNG is acting in supply chain management which is very challenging right now , there are a lot of changes that happen fairly frequently, which can be stressful for some.

Good pay, great hours, the employees are OK. Relaxed environment but enough work to keep busy all day. No day is the same. This company provides a great work environment, opportunities, strength, transparency for customers, and is one of the most genuine companies I have worked for in my career.

Not much to say here. Maybe more than 2 weeks vacation when you start with the company. There are some aspects of the company that need some better organization, but it is part of growth and I feel the company will definitely get there.
