- No respect for personal life. Full time employees are expected to have full flexibility, 7 days a week. Meaning you cannot plan time to see family or friends, you cannot join any sports clubs or other recreational activities. They want you to sell your soul to them. - Soho store in London is a massive health hazard. The back room in Soho store is a stock room, toilet and staff room all in one!! The stock is piled up next to the toilet, which is disgusting, staff are expected to eat their lunch on the toilet, which is also disgusting, and the store is massively over stocked, meaning the stock is piled higher than the door frame, which has resulted in stock falling on staff. - Higher management don't care about the staff. - One of the 'benefits' is 1 free blind box per month, but you can't even choose which one. That's also only for full time staff, not part time staff. Other than that no benefits, not even an employee discount - Minimum wage, minimum holiday - Understaffed, so overtime is always expected from current staff, and we are pressured to do it even though it's more than our contracted hours - They don't care about making the work environment better, the attitude they have is if you don't like it then leave.
