What's worse than having zero transparency from upper management? Being lied to by upper management. If you want to learn the wrong ways to run a company, then this is the place for you. There is no company culture and no proper management. There are leaders and there are those who lead. There are no leaders in this company, but I assure you, upper management is leading this company down the drain. They squeeze any money they can out of prospects and fail to return a product that works well. The only thing upper management cares about is money. They are con-artists! They do not care for their employees. Employees turnover like hot cakes, someone is quitting almost every month. Calls from debt collectors and ex-employees requesting payment and correct w2's is a norm and messages passed to upper management are often ignored and replied with lies. Many employees have not received their last paycheck. If you do end up working here, do not give a notice when you resign! Unless you are unemployed, desperate, bored or just want to put something on your resume, DO NOT work here! You will be paid your salary (maybe) although never on time and you will have the option to have health insurance after 90 days and very minimal vacation days. Hours are 9am -6pm. Anything else they offer is a lie!

This place changes over employees like it's nobodys business and there is a very good reason. Mismanagement is rampant the CEO is a liar about almost everything to do with this companies day to day operations and finances. They simply stopped paying me when things got tight and demanded more sales before I'd see another penny. The CEO wrote bad checks and asked employees to 'hold' off on depositing their hand written checks on more than one occasion. I was a salaried employee I don't believe that my salary is optional. I left having not been paid for 2 weeks and never saw a commission check. The CEO then accused me of not doing my job (AFTER not paying me) and was verbally abusive. I have a complaint with the DOL

Because the company is very small, roles are not specialized, and you *might* be able to gain experience in other areas. If you work in sales or account management, you get to meet people in other companies and attend trade shows, which can be great networking opportunities for later outside advancement.

This is a very small and unorganized company. Management is only one or two levels deep. There is no concept of an HR department. Paychecks were not itemized (no way to tell what deductions were being made) and were late, regularly by two weeks or more. There is little to no transparency, and inquiries about paychecks and other company matters often went unanswered for days by often-absent management. Very poor compensation across the board. There is absolutely no company culture. The owners are very rude and often speak in a condescending manner to all employees, regardless of seniority or experience.
