Was told that as an Account Executive, we’re expected to cover sales (pitching and winning), finance (budgeting and payments), operations (site measurements and late-night setups), and project management (handling client & vendor). This overlap leads to issues like vendors chasing for payment and us needing to manage expectations. Also feels tough when we achieved Agency of the Year but didn’t see bonuses or increments.

gets very boring and sometimes long standing hours but we rotated with those at the counter who could sit down so wasn’t bad at all
