Worse IT company to work for - Recensione dipendente - Helpdesk presso POSabilities

Don't get paid on time, work overtime and get no pay, no training, have to search google for answers. Sales team would promise things to clients to get contract, even though their software would not accommodate promises. Management never wants to help at all instead they want to point the blame on their Helpdesk associates. Also once you leave they make sure you have a hard time finding a job again if you put them on your resume. Worked for this company for over 2 years. Biggest mistake I ever made.
