This comapany has a great team atmosphere. The environment is collaborative and informal. Pay and benefits are great. Telecommuting once or twice a week is ok. Minimal meetings. Lots of room for growth and innovation.

With smaller development teams, there is less structure than you would get at a large company. Also, smaller teams means wearing multiple hats which isnt always a bad thing but might be for some people.

Customers are nice and very understanding.

On call is full shifts on Saturday and Sunday with only 1/2 day PTO as compensation. No training on new procedures or products. Company's products aren't that great. Have to provide own equipment.
