Great Leadership. Very flexible for employees. Great and powerful solution. Reliable support. All around, the best company for which I have ever worked.

I wish they did more marketing.

This comapany has a great team atmosphere. The environment is collaborative and informal. Pay and benefits are great. Telecommuting once or twice a week is ok. Minimal meetings. Lots of room for growth and innovation.

With smaller development teams, there is less structure than you would get at a large company. Also, smaller teams means wearing multiple hats which isnt always a bad thing but might be for some people.
