      Unerfahrenes umfangreiches Managementteam, viele Praktikanten, sehr hohe Fluktuation, fast alle Teams sind seit Gründung schon mehrfach komplett durchgewechselt, Ziele und Strategie werden regelmäßig geändert, Zusammenarbeit zwischen Teams stark verbesserungswürdig, komplizierte unflexible Prozesse, Eigeninitiative wird nicht gefördert oder honoriert.
