Vantaggi

- Flexible working conditions (remote, hybrid, on site) and can set your own hours - Amazing co-workers - lots of people who are willing to lend a hand - Culture is good but over-rated. They force you to attend company events because they paid for it, and will be extremely passive aggressive if you refuse. Otherwise, its good. - Stability - they do not lay off workers despite periods of volatile economic conditions (low amount of work from clients)

Svantaggi

- Compensation is just sub par. Salaries are low and raises are minimal. They massively over-rely on the bonuses which are simply not that competitive. - Benefits are average at best. - Management is simply inexperienced. They promote a lot of younger people to managerial positions who simply don't know how to properly manage a group of people.

Vantaggi

Was a genuinely great place to work. Great people and great culture. It was worth the slightly-lower-than-average pay because work life balance and benefits were great. I enjoyed going to work every day.

Svantaggi

Poor financial decisions from upper management regarding the shareholder program led to the company's demise. Upper management sold out to WSP. Management made millions while long time employees got zilch. As someone else had mentioned, retention bonuses were unfairly distributed. Most people didn't get any retention bonus even if they had been long time employees of the company. It really felt like everyone who wasn't upper management got stabbed in the back. They got their payout then dumped the company. Still stings to this day.
