Vantaggi
Nice facility. Gym included. Good PTO.. Although no sick days. Can word from home a good bit which is nice. They don't want it abused on a regular basis. Lots of restaurants will deliver for lunch.
Svantaggi
Company leads by top down approach. No work-life balance. Extremely high volume. The workload is not manageable, lacks a training plan to help new hires adapt to the workload, and almost all recruitment processes are not streamlined; making the training even more complex to train. A normal day entails sitting at your desk from 8:00am to 2:00pm and then realizing you've been sitting working as fast as possible but you have barely had any water, food or moved! A lot of pressure and stress come with this position. I scheduled around 200 interviews a month and that was only 1/3 of my job. There is an underlining understanding that the turnover rate is very bad (especially in TA Coordinators) but managers in TA aren't concerned. Their mottos are "someone else is dying to have your job so..." AKA You're replaceable. I've literally heard this said on several occasions. The culture is infused with a lot of blame, shame, scarcity, throw you under the bus when things go wrong. I've never worked with so many unprofessional people in my life. The TA department needs a complete org structure overhaul and in depth sessions that cover management styles, confidentially / ethics and leadership.
