      - There are many departments which offers a lot of opportunity to learn - flexible schedules - good benefits, PTO

      - it can sometimes be difficult to get promoted (there are many amazing groups with educational managers) but sometimes you really need to show the initiative to learn more than your job requirements...it is less likely for you to get promoted doing your current job level well then to do more than your level requires

      Provided health insurance. Good coworkers Good exposure to team at client site If you have a good technical lead, the job can be great!

      You have 2 bosses (Technical lead from Client Site) and your PPD boss. PPD Boss does not know what is going on If you have a bad technical lead, your life can be miserable. Pay is low No protection from abusive technical lead (coworkers on same team can have a drastically different experience)
