-Coworkers are young, you can potentially meet new friends here. -If you are a social person, you will have plenty of chances to interact with volunteers.

-No free lunch, no free anything. Christmas party was the worst among all CROs, you have to pay for drinks and there was raffling drawing of $5 Wal-mart gift cards. -Many lazy coworkers who do the minimum and lie to not show up at work. Management never do anything to punish those people. If you are driven and hardworking, this will drive you crazy. -Schedules are different every week, and you are required to work most weekends, so you have no life and you cannot plan ahead. Many Saturdays and Sundays you will have to work starting at 6:30am. -$16 per hour for Bachelor's degree holder, worst pay for how much responsibilities you have. Other CROs pay $22 to $22 per hour. The best bonus check among the teams are around $600 after taxes are taken off, which also sucks. After researching on Salaries, PPD phrase I clinic pays 20% less than industry average. -This Phrase I clinic keep losing money three quarters in a year out of four, and there are budget freeze and hiring freeze all the time. I personally do not see the future in this company, we have been losing contracts to other CROs, that is why we have low pay and low bonuses. -Promotion not based on performance. Often the laziest people get promoted. So if you are hardworking and dedicated, you will not get recognized here. -Idiotic bosses as team leaders and they do not know how to lead. Many not qualified and not experienced enough to be team leaders and they constantly make wrong decisions. Under emergency situations or problems regarding protocol compliance, team leaders often give you wrong solutions. We have 8 study teams and 5 of the team leaders were bad, except team 1, team 2, and team 6, every team members working there know everyone hated their team leaders. -Recruiter trainer has a bad attitude and stinky face, so if you were hired as a recruiter you will have to work with her. -HR department do nothing to any complaints, from sexual harassment to people cheating the system on their paychecks. -One senior dental coordinator likes to gossip about all newcomers so you will be bullied when you join the teams. -You have no lunch time, you have to eat at your desk while working. -Executive director is lazy to take care of internal problems, he often give you BS speeches when you demand works to be done. -Floor technicians are unreliable, some showed up drunk or hungover on weekends, and those are the people who perform blood draws on volunteers. -Teams are filled with people who intentionally not clocked out, who watch Youtube videos whole day, who refuses to help out, very few individuals are team players. -The turnover rate of the research teams are known to be 70%. Company cannot keep talented individuals, many bright employees moved to INC research, Premier research, and Covance. Because those companies value their employees more and offer fair treatments to hardworking individuals. You start seeing capable and good coworkers leaving you and only the bad ones left, so depressing. -Principle investigators you work with are mean and snobbish, they are treated like Gods here. You have to accommodate everything they said and work your schedules around theirs. -Some project managers have bad communication skills and they do not inform you of changes or response to emails. -Some inexperienced team leaders are in their late 20s, they are not good role models inside and outside of work, many of them like to show off at work and show superiority. Some coworkers saw their team leaders acting inappropriately outside of work and can no longer take them seriously at work. -You do not get real coordinator experience here, the job title is coordinator but the actual work is a joke to other CROs. The coordinator is only responsible to coordinate studies but not recruiting, screening volunteers, and entering data. If you are trained to be a coordinator here and later on move to another CRO, they will say you are not qualified. Many employees found out they do not have the coordinator skills to work at other companies. Why waste time and earn a low salary here? Besides, you are on-call and they work you like a slave for $17 per hour, as a master degree holder and I have never heard of anywhere paying $17 per hour. -No company culture, if you ask coworkers around you, they do not know either. -They always talk about work life balance but there is no work life balance for team members.
