Supervisor’s “work husband” was promoted after a year with less skills and training than other female employees. Toxic coworkers who bullied for their own rise and were reported for it received promotions. In the reorganization, two supervisors were fired without notifying the staff for an entire day or detailing who they report to or if they still had a job. My only regret was not leaving sooner when I saw the first red flags.
