      Really good benefits. I thought the pay was very good or the industry. Very challenging work.

      They promote people to leadership positions who are terrible leaders. Managers and project managers who are terrible to their direct reports or people working on their projects. It's the most cutthroat place I've ever worked. Incredible favoritism. Completely demoralizing.
