      At least they give you to choose how to work (remote, hybrid, from the Office). Also if you choose remote, they give you 400 leva as a bonus.

      The way people talk behind your back and never are sincere. Also you work a lot and no one appreciates it. If you are a new Hire and expect that they will raise your salary when there are end year reviews, don't have high hopes.

      Provided health insurance. Good coworkers Good exposure to team at client site If you have a good technical lead, the job can be great!

      You have 2 bosses (Technical lead from Client Site) and your PPD boss. PPD Boss does not know what is going on If you have a bad technical lead, your life can be miserable. Pay is low No protection from abusive technical lead (coworkers on same team can have a drastically different experience)
