-Minimum wage salary with little or no opportunity for increase -little to no room for growth (e.g. getting promoted etc.) -physically demanding (frequent handling of 2-4 gallons at a time, weekly inventory restock which is quite tiring etc.). -the pay is not in line with how much has to be done / how much you have to know (e.g. providing advice/solutions/problem solving to both retail clients and contractors), preparing orders (sometimes large and last minute) whilst juggling a busy store etc.) -Clients like any other customer service job can sometimes be rude and annoying
