10yIt is mentioned in another review that there had been turnover in the past year, and this is evidently one of those outcomes (someone who was hired but who realized that s/he was not a good fit with PPI's thoughtful and collaborative culture). PPI has folks who have served the organization for decades (one just recently retired after 20 years). We humbly request that folks visiting this site not place so much stock into the degree of negativity that a handful of people have decided to contribute -- what they do with their time is their own business. At PPI, ensuring that people succeed is OUR business. And to that end, we hire, develop, train, and retain to the very best of our abilities very high quality contributors who genuinely wish to provide superior customer service in all that they do.
