It is mentioned in another review that there had been turnover in the past year, and this is evidently one of those outcomes (someone who was hired but who realized that s/he was not a good fit with PPI's thoughtful and collaborative culture). PPI has folks who have served the organization for decades (one just recently retired after 20 years).
