The client base is a who's who of fortune 500 companies providing opportunities to work with many high profile clients. Management makes every effort to be transparent and seek input from all internal stakeholders.

The organization is going through restructuring after being sold off to new ownership leading to questions about long-term corporate direction.

PPM offers a competitive salary with global travel opportunities for certain roles. It is a small company environment that provides each individual with the ability to have a significant impact on customers and company performance. The new office provides the conveniences of modern technology in a convenient downtown location that is accessible via LRT and bus routes. On occasion, hours outside the office are required to complete time-sensitive projects. It would be nice if the benefits package was a little more robust.
