      Employees are not valued, easily disposable, lack of communication from executives is MAJOR problem. Internal systems are problematic for integration, causing delay in revenue. Investments need to be made to simplify billing system. It creates insurmountable issues creating roadblocks for revenue

      Managers have no clue how to guide you do your work, layoffs happend every months (with no warnings), no flexibility to take time off or work from home. HR is not human at all. Everyone knows each other there, if you dont, dont expect any promotions
