Ensure that anything you are promised is written into your employment contract. - Three days a week in the office is now mandated. - Office environment can be noisy with staff constantly on video calls to team-members in other countries - No bonuses - No pay rises without promotions - Very few promotions in Engineering - No share options - A very political environment. Result: no-one asks any questions, raises any risks, or identifies issues before they happen - Teams do not work well together. - Management will communicate at you like you are a child
