      Not many really, other than the people I worked with. Had great potential but ruined by micro managers and unrealistic thinkers

      Management - love to micromanage you. and create problems. Expect you to work way more hours per week in a role that doesn't pay overtime or give time back, no value for employees wellbeing.

      Little flexibility and regard for work life balance. Management fundamentally does not understand what content actually moves the needle with an understanding stuck in 2015.
