Now the best thing company has cons. 1) Worst salary package they give salary of 10k while joining but they never say that they are going to cut 24% of your base salary as pf that becomes around 960 for the trainee and profession tax of 200 means around 9000 you get paid for making your life hell. Pf should be taken only 12% from employee and 12% from the employer side but they dont know the meaning of pf. Training another big joke that company do with you.they say that they spend 20k on your training but in reality they donot provide any training just you have to do the task which is self study. If you calculate max company spend 2k on your training.for hr pls if you dont know the meaning of training please google it. They give hell task in a day to be honest even mnc does not take so much test. They can fire you at any situation.. Hr is the biggest mistake of his life he left mnc for prdxn but actually they are the biggest fools that are kicked out from mnc they dnt knw anythig jst try to put they polices regarding training in sweet words but making fool of trainee. For trainee it is hell. Buddy are the biggest fool after hr

1. Salary was far too less but that should not be a concern for a learner as it will grow in time and they do pay 2. Project execution of most clients were done in waterfall manner while few were following scrum. 3. No epf, health insurace whatsoever so gives a late start in your pf journeys
