1. Training is a joke in PRDXN they say that they will train you , but everything is selfstudy . 2. PRDXN is filled with politics . 3. Their Core Value is the biggest joke , the management themselves does not follow those values . 4. The salary package is worst 10k per month in today's market , their clients are all US & UK based they pay in Dollars & Pounds , but employees does not get their equal wages. 5. Most of the Senior Developers working in PRDXN are stuck because of their 2yrs Bond , they Leave as soon as their Bond Period ends , even they are Fed up of all politics and ill Treatment to the Employees 6. A lot of Politics happens in Developers & PM Team . 7. They will hire Trainees, and during the span of 3 months they will filter out few of them and Keep only 1 or 2 8. Every Positive review about PRDXN on Glassdoor is written by the management so don't get fooled. Lastly if ever went there for a job interview and got rejected do not feel sad ,consider your self lucky you are saved from 2 years and agony and Pain.
