Super to hear that flexibility and hybrid work options are good for you. There are a lot of benefits to being able to offer flexibility!
Unfortunately, one of the down sides of hybrid/remote working is that there aren't as many opportunities to informally pass on feedback like you mention in the 'cons' above. Those 'water cooler moments' in the office are so important. We've also had a recent office move which has disturbed the rhythm of the HR team's office based days, but we're settled now and back in the office on a more regular basis. Please do chat with us about your concerns - your feedback is so important.
