This company is ran by two directors who will not be challenged on anything. They have zero duty of care to staff and speak to employees with great disrespect. You will be charged money for being over 3 minutes late, required to work back any time taken to doctors appointments. The HR department are all members of the company’s family so any concerns you have are never dealt with properly / staff are too afraid to speak up. Anyone who dares raise an issue will more often than not be shamed by directors in large meetings of people later on. Staff retention is next to non existent meaning work is constantly difficult for new staff, receiving barely any training. Especially during a covid pandemic which is simply being ignored within the business. Staff members in commercial departments have spoken up about health and safety concerns due to the pandemic and they were given disciplinary meetings for doing so. Avoid avoid avoid
