Svantaggi
The most toxic and political company I’ve ever joined. Wasn’t there for long but that was more than enough to see how everything runs: all based on personal emotions, favoritism, and unprofessionalism.
If you know how to bootlick or fake your way through, and you never speak against the leaders, you might be survive. If not, expect to be ignored, excluded, and sometimes targeted. There’s no leadership, and they like to keep you doubting yourself, making you think being yourself is bad, and trying to push you into a mold they want you to fit into. Looking back then you realize this is gaslighting. If you’re just trying to mine your own business and do your own work but aren’t skilled at acting, you’ll be labeled as “anti-social" or a “weirdo” by the bosses and their circle (which is probably your teammates). They put labels on you and talk behind your back just because you don’t act the way they like. Maybe even sec school students don’t behave like this anymore but yes, it happens here.
The turnover rate is super high. People keep leaving, and management just recycles the same gimmicks to hire replacements and repeat the cycle. Also not sure if it’s because of the unhealthy culture and environment, but all people there don’t seem very normal either. Full of gossiping and two-faced colleagues.
Advice to job seekers: Read all the 1-star reviews and don’t doubt any of them. They’re all true, genuine experiences that might save your life. Don’t even consider this company. But if you’ve already made the mistake of joining, get out as fast as you can.
