The company has excellent and transparent management. You can be proud that you are working with this people and in this company. You can be also proud with the culture and level of client's relations build here. An open communication culture — you can always share what you like, don’t like, or suggest. Maybe not all of them will be implemented but you will be always heard. There’s a strong spirit of innovation, ambition, and drive, and all ideas are welcomed and discussed. Many colleagues have been here for over 5, 10, or even more years. I’ve worked here for 7 years myself. Compensation is generally fair, with transparent bonuses tied to results, but the overall salary level could be a bit higher. The company still has the spirit of a fast-growing startup — high energy, quick decisions, constant change — which might not suit everyone. Personally, I anyway prefer that over a slow, bureaucratic, rusty corporate machine with outdated values.

I have been working on the marketing team from 2023-2024 in the main office in Tallinn and the company has grown a lot during these 2 years. A lot of automation, process mapping, and great team members to work with. Head of HR is super professional and knows everything regarding labor law, she supported me during the hard times at work (my heart to her, really).

Bad leadership, as not everyone is born as a leader, as there have been absolutely 0 soft skills and empathy.
