Great coworker and faculty environment.

Working with kids can be difficult.

The community is very warm and welcoming. The transition into any department isn't as awkward as it would seem because the people, both staff and customers, are inviting. The staff answers any questions and provides any help necessary. This warm doesn't decline over time, it grows. You find your place with everyone, and it quickly begins to feel like family.

Communication is quite slow unless in person. It can take days to hear back from managers and multiple follow ups are needed. It can become quite a setback, so always have someone who can vouch for you or respond more reliably.
