7yThank you for dedicating more than five years of your time to PRO Club! We highly appreciate your contributions and positive feedback regarding our equipment, benefits, and financial compensation. As for the cosmetic updates, we agree that our decor needs to be modernized. Once our expansion is complete we will prioritize these smaller details. As for our corporate culture, we do strive to preach and practice the Disney model of customer service. In fact, much of the feedback we receive from our members is positive with regards to customer service and our staff's desire to do all that they can for our members. We appreciate the feedback regarding upper management and will be sure to pass the feedback on to our management team.
