7yThank you for taking the time to share your point of view working at PRO Club. I am so sorry to hear that you feel PRO Club is a turn and burn environment. With the addition of PRO Medical, the facility expansion, and additional updates and changes comes a much busier than normal environment. During this time, our goal has been to make sure each and every Cast Member is being heard and cared for, and we apologize that this did not come across. As the expansion is now done, we think that things will continue to get smoother but would love any feedback on how we can better this process.
As an ever-growing Club in a competitive space, we will continue to strive for perfection and making the Club the best possible place it can be for both members and guests alike. We would love specific feedback from you on where you feel that we are chasing perfection and could do a better job of making sure Cast Members are taken care of.
