9yThank you for your constructive feedback, we are always working to improve our management practices as well as employee satisfaction. We would also like to apologize for not responding to your review sooner but would like you to know that we have been working on a new business model that allows management to be more connected with the daily needs of their team as well as providing a better work life balance.
We do have a service model that reflects Disney's service standards, and we do everything we can to make that clear to candidates when they are in the application process. The culture and uniforms may not be the right fit for everyone, but it is something that sets us apart from our competitors, and allows us the ability to create fun and memorable experiences for all of our members.
