I've been employed here at Procon for over 6 years. After a long career in the construction industry, I can truly say that Pro Con is the best in the business!

      Procon has a fun team culture across departments and hosts many events and you are encouraged to take your time off. The pay was similar to other construction companies in Massachusetts which was nice

      leadership and HR doesn’t seem to take feedback seriously and the annual reviews didn’t include any feedback on managers (not even anonymous) which limited any opportunity for changes. Growth at procon was limited, with the same group of people getting promoted all the time. Very cliquey and not collaborative
