      PROCON has a family atmosphere, friendly environment and great spaces to work in. I respect the leadership, I feel valued, I have a great team and benefits package. From nutrition classes to running groups to flu shots and chili cook-off's....can't get any better. We design and build award-winning projects to be proud of. Every person in this organization is easy to approach. I am happy to be a part of this team and hope to be here for a very long time.

      We need a stop light at the end of our driveway..it is difficult leaving.

      We are lucky to have an employee as grateful as you! We have listened and not provided a stop light, but a police detail to help employees leave the parking lot safely.       Procon has a fun team culture across departments and hosts many events and you are encouraged to take your time off. The pay was similar to other construction companies in Massachusetts which was nice

      leadership and HR doesn’t seem to take feedback seriously and the annual reviews didn’t include any feedback on managers (not even anonymous) which limited any opportunity for changes. Growth at procon was limited, with the same group of people getting promoted all the time. Very cliquey and not collaborative
