the hours are usually super long with no work life balance

- Positive atmosphere for the most part - Values employees - Nice perks like food everyday in the office

- Talent pool is quite low - Not many seasoned devs - I've seen codebases written entirely by juniors with no knowledge of the tech stack. It's horrendous. And they actually charge companies for this.
