Customers are always put first. PROS bends over backward for their customers and sometimes gets taken advantage of, but that's probably why they stick with us.

Benefits and some hybrid to make work life balance

The team from Atlanta was horrible to work with. I felt like I worked in a daily gossip blog. Too focused on who is doing what, and not enough work getting done. The Director was always late, worried too much about metrics and failed to address many concerns that included bullying and harassing. Overall it’s toxic environment and still toxic after the merger. Someone needs to step in ASAP. Conga took over and the team is worse off
