Great company to work for

Overall a great company and great experience

They’re new to inspection so they’re getting some work

Communication is terrible. Emails are never replied to, Management rollover is high. They promise great insurance but it’s higher than anywhere else and worse. On 3 instances (me being one) an employee would try using insurance just to find out they were laid off weeks ago with no reason or communication why. In my case I emailed and called and no one would answer me why. A buddy working there finally told me that someone was offended that I applied for a plant inspector position (at the plant Protect has a contract at). Imagine firing someone out of spite that you’ll soon be working for…
