Great intentions, all around. One thing I absolutely love about PRS is that they truly do promote from within. They don't just turn around and terminate you for mistakes but have conversations that allow one to grow in their role and as a person. Hourly employees tend to have the ability to take time off as needed as long as you give supervisors adequate notice.

We don't really have a "say" in changes that are made within the company, even when it affects our department directly. Schedules are very specific and aren't very flexible in salaried roles. Work loads ebb and flow and at times can be extremely overwhelming which can really mess with work-life balance because there is never enough time to complete everything that needs to be done but we need to stay in the 40 hour time limit. Salary should be higher for the work that we do.
