Incredible team, great snacks, wonderful office space, pretty good vendors

Can be a bit of a heavy workload with a lot of properties and sometimes not a lot of training to go with it.

Employees are kind and care for health and well-being. Can tell they want to make a difference and do their job well for their communities.

The homeowners are difficult to deal with. They are the ones that can be hateful and disrespectful, complaining about their HOA when the business (hired by subdivision) is only doing their job to keep their community nice to live in and enjoy, and also for better resale purposes. Industry itself is not for everyone.
