A few of the metrics seem almost impossible to realistically reach. Also they are using a Scripter in their call center because the new system is still in development. If you haven't been in a Scripting environment then you will find it very sub par and not ideal at all to work in. It makes the customers upset because they think you don't know what you are doing. Its not that you don't know how to help them. Its just how the system works because you have to look everything up in real time when they call in. So be prepared to get yelled at for most of your shift because they think you are incompetent.
