Bullying from some directors and managers in IT. Disconnected CIO. Severely understaffed, underfunded, and no one cares. You will work yourself into a grave here and when you question directors you are told to grow up and deal with it. Morale is rock bottom and no one seems to want to change that or throw narrow view metrics at you. senior management takes no accountability for how they destroyed this department and the company. The most Important IT systems for the customers to keep lifesaving equipment running on power are over ten years old, underfunded, and supported by one guy who can’t taken a lunch break or vacation. Everything is important because there isn’t enough staff and ignorant management.
