Lots of trainings to review. If you are junior in the research field, you can learn a lot quick if you push yourself.

There are favorites here. If you leave the clique and start to think outside the box, you are ostracized. There is extreme micro management in some departments. Clinical Operations management needs to support the CTAs way more then they are right now. Please learn about the job they do and also move more quickly on urgent tasks for them. Hybrid work is awful and outdated now. Heads and Country Directors put so much pressure on their teams to drive tasks. PSI holds raises for months, splits your bonus in half then given the other half 6 months later. We lose great employees and replace them with employees that really don't have any other options for work or don't have a-lot of research experience.

Great place to work. Coworkers and management were very supportive. Had a very positive we-are-all-on-the-same-team atmosphere.

Some great team members Some leadership (middle managers) are great and truly care The company does a lot of good work

- Senior Leadership in Switzerland is 100% out of touch with reality, setting goals that are not attainable - They hire some questionable people to make decisions - If you're not in the EU, you're garbage - Max "raise" is 10% every 3 years for most people, unless you're in HR - Promotions can be squashed from the Swiss if they don't like you, even if your manager and director want the promotion - The sales team is full of legacy vets who can't sell, therefore the rest of the company gets punished - Career advancement is a joke - Company claims they listen to data, but often times ignores it - CEO is non existent and uses mouth pieces to pass along his messages - Active attempts at cutting anyone out who doesn't drink the kool-aid, or the swiss don't feel are true experts at their job (based on what, who knows)
