My experience at this company was quite negative due to poor management and an unhealthy work culture. Employees were not treated with respect, and the management often took out client frustrations on developers. There was no dedicated QA/testing team, and developers had to handle testing themselves. This often resulted in issues in delivery and client dissatisfaction. Management was biased toward a few employees, while others were unfairly targeted. After the only senior developer/team lead resigned, the situation worsened, with increased pressure on employees and forced resignations to protect the company’s image. Salary practices were non-transparent, with low pay and unexplained deductions. Leaves were extremely limited (10–12 per year), and salary was deducted unfairly—even double deductions for single-day leaves, including on government-declared public holidays. Employees were often expected to work even on such holidays. Overall, the company lacks professionalism, transparency, and a supportive work environment.

Good place for fresher to learn

location is in array jungle which is not safe for nights and even if shift is 9-5 it gets extend to 7-8 pm no proper management and too much of work pressure the owner use harsh language and takes out project frustration and due to lack of planning and management every developer suffers
