The most important aspect of my working relationship with PSR Associates has been trust. They have delivered everything they promised in a timely manner. Honestly, I have not been treated better at any other contracting firm. What really caught my attention is that on my first paycheck I was paid a day early. Wasn't expecting that! They walked me through a rigorous onboarding process, which I would not have completed in such a short turnaround. Whenever possible they would reach out to me an ensure that I had everything I needed. My experience with other consulting firms was they provide the opportunity, but it’s up to you to sink or swim on your own. Not the case here, they ensured that if I had any needs, beginning with a laptop to ensuring it was equipped with all the necessary software and configured correctly for the client network.
