Negative experience as a whole - Recensione dipendente - Systems Engineer presso PSiDEO

Nice building and free drinks/chocolate for employees. Free parking too. Decent salaries but very dependent on the bonus.

No training or company's information at all at the beginning. No communication to employees. Management staff rude and sometimes disrespectful. Expect long work hours that of course are not compensated ( on your first day they will make it know cristal clear that you should lie in the official electronic record of working hours that they should have for the labor inspector).

Haven't seen any, hopefully I didn't stay longer... ah no sorry, free chocolate Faverger and free drinks and coffe

No humanity, no flexibility, a very bad place to work ... people are very competent as much as they have no empathy
