The benefits were good. The people (outside of some on the sales force) are wonderful, nice, and very helpful. I also think the software offerings are excellent products.

Basically, hypocrisy. HR asked everyone in the company to recruit sales reps. However, the next month later, they went through a re-org, and I was let go. It made no sense, considering I moved into a new sales position, and was in the position seven months, then let go. I was working to develop pipeline, and finally got some things going. Then, I was let go for not developing pipeline, but there was no review or conversation about my pipeline, or no discussion about where I was falling short. My boss would often cancel our weekly calls to go over things. I was let go over Skype, and the conversation with my boss was less than a minute, and then I was handed off to an HR person to talk about my departure. It was a crappy way to do it. On that note, it seems the company has an annual re-org. It seems they have to turn over the apple cart every year. Maybe it's because things aren't working because there's no strategy. I also find it hypocritical about needing to cut staff arbitrarily, but there is no issue spending on extravagant trips for President's Club or Sales Kick-off, or acquisitions of smaller companies. There seems to not be a strategy, and they are simply trying to keep the stock price up every quarter, and doing whatever needs to be done. The PE ratio is (as of today) is around 1,500. I've never see a stock with such a high PE ratio. It sounds like the stock is very overvalued. If they continue on this "strategy" of trying to keep up the quarterly earnings with this high PE ratio, then the bubble will burst. With this all said, I have talked to people who are still with the company who tell me not to come back. Also, there have been people who have left the company, which surprised us when they left. It seems they knew something I did not.

Great people, customers, products. The culture has improved significantly over the past 5 years or so, and now feels like a relatively modern software company. Exec leadership is very good, Neil is fantastic.

Svantaggi

Mid-level exec leaders, VP level, are still very political. Salaries are way below average.
