Management never leaves which results in no room for growth for other employees. There are only 2 types of employees: those with 10-20 years experience and the new one who do not survive more than 1-2 years. The first category will, of course, treat badly the new employees and display a superiority status. Information is not shared. It is kept by the old employees so they keep their value. Very difficult to understand the processes as they are old and very manual with little logic and no work instructions. Once every 2-3 years the company does a cleanse and fires a lot of employees all of a sudden so you might end up jobless without notice. These reorganization initiatives are embedded in the company fiber and are recurring so they will happen. If you want to grow, you have to wait for 10 years and then management will consider you are finally worthy.
