Pay does not match the amount of work expected in a day and only more changes continue to be made. Regarding changes leadership seems to disregard or have no concern how this will impact the employees. The leadership that overseas the service department is very ingenuous will gaslight you and has turned this department into every other corporate company. I have seen the leadership shift into a very poor environment leaving the people who are the backbone of the department feeling overwhelmed stressed and exhausted. This department is treated like trash compared to the rest of the company. This company advertises growth yet you need to fit a certain mold to be even given the time of day. You barely have time in your work day to even do things outside of your responsibilities to grow yourself or be a part of events and groups.
