- Plant management does not care about you, not one bit. They are involved in local politics and that is a much higher priority for them than addressing any of the rampant problems that they cause - HR doesn't exist - The plant smells like literal feces everywhere, including the break room - They are so desperate for anyone to work there that they spam local employers with cold calls to try to get workers to join their trash heap - They lie, all the time, constantly. - This is a company that has completely renovated their offices to make them cushier but took 6 months to set up and start up something as simple as a dust collector so workers could actually breathe. That really says it all about where their priorities are.
